This policy exists to clarify what happens if we ever introduce a paid element and to keep trust crystal clear from day one.
Subscription Cancellation
Weekly email escapes remain optional and free. If you subscribe and later wish to stop, click the link at the bottom of any message or reply with the word “stop.” Delivery ends instantly, and no further contact arrives unless you choose to return. Since no payment occurs, no refund calculation is needed.
Future Paid Services
Should we launch premium digital products, such as downloadable retreat planners or exclusive photo collections, each will carry its own clear refund window stated at purchase. Generally, digital items become non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, but we will honor requests within fourteen days if the file remains untouched and you notify us promptly.
Errors on Our Side
If a technical glitch causes an unintended charge or delivers the wrong content, we correct it immediately upon notice. Full reimbursement returns to your original payment method within five business days, and we cover any bank fees that arise. Proof of the mistake is all we ask.
Non-Refundable Exceptions
Donations, if ever accepted to support site upkeep, are final once processed. Physical goods, should they appear in the future, follow standard return rules for unworn, unused items in original packaging within thirty days, with the buyer covering return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
